Aimen Tirmizi is a visual artist based in Lahore, Pakistan. She received her bachelor’s in Fine Arts from Kinnaird College in 2020, majoring in miniature painting. Within her practice, Aimen studies domestic spaces and how personal space, or the lack thereof, plays an important role within small, shared spaces. She has exhibited in several group shows such as, ‘Upshot’ (2022) at Gallery6 Islamabad, ‘17th Emerging Talent Exhibition’ (2022) at VM Art Gallery Karachi, ‘Khat o Kitabat’ (2021) at O Art Space Lahore, ‘1st Anna Molka Award’ (2021) at Anna Molka Gallery in Lahore, and PNCA, Islamabad (2019). She was a part of an Art Mentoring Program sponsored by the Ercelawn Art Fund at Studio RM (2021) and an artist residency at Tasweerghar (2021). Her work is also in the permanent collection of Ambiance Hotels, Lahore.
