Q1. Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver art worldwide to more than 200 countries.

 

Q2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Bank Transfer and Cheque / Money Order. We do support cash on delivery services only in Pakistan.

 

Q3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Deliveries to Pakistan take between 3-5 working days. International deliveries outside of Pakistan can take between 7-14 working days or more depending on location.

 

Q4. How will my purchase be delivered?

We use TCS to deliver orders to customers in Pakistan and DHL for international orders. Artworks are sent framed (Wooden box packaging if framed) or unframed (rolled in a PVC tube if possible) to customers in Pakistan and all over the world.

 

Q5. How much do you charge for delivery?

We provide free delivery of unframed painting (rolled in a PVC tube if possible) to customers all over Pakistan. Orders of unframed painting (rolled in a PVC tube if possible) outside of Pakistan are charged a dynamic rate. Farmed paintings are charged by current tarif of TCS (for delivery within Pakistan) and DHL (for delivery outside of Pakistan) as per their dimension and destination.

 

Q6. Will I be charged custom duty?

We have not had any international customers charged custom duty on their purchase yet. But to be sure, please check with your country’s customs authority.

 

Q7. Do you offer buyers protection against fraud?

Yes, we do. In an unlikely event where you receive an item damaged, different from what was described or do not receive the item at all, we will look into the matter as soon as possible and refund you for your purchase amount (excluding shipping), provided there is sufficient evidence to rule in your favour.
